Losing Your Religion | binary-chaos

How many times have you lost your religion? How many times have you seen and understood the fundamental aspects of this human experiment in a way that changed the model so severely that you broke? How many stories were you told and how many people were so convinced that the world operated in a way that you found out were either delusions, fantasies, lies, or just horribly ignorant. Let’s take a quick look at many of the things that many of us were told over and over again that once we were able to see through had so profound an effect on us that we could never turn back and unsee it.

How about when you realize power is a consensus mass delusion, marketing that directly affects people’s lives is based on bullshit assumptions about human value, and that nobody the fuck actually has a real unbiased perspective about what reality is and most of life is navigating around and through understanding how many options for life are being suppressed in favor of a survival strategy that is designed to literally and figuratively draw energy and life from the people in order to feed a mechanism to empower the few and exclude the many from anything but more effective exploitation.

And that this system codifies the value of ideas like all the forms of exploitative labor into virtues. It creates a people who see each other as things to use to get them closer to being one of the ones who only exploits without working under someone else’s compelled ideology.

That this world is an insane existential experiment where the most prolific expression of this species is the undying and unquenchable desire to prove to itself that it is superior, deserves special treatment, and lives in a world designed for it that’s just there to abuse and exploit without consequence.

And ultimately realizing that these ideas of certainty, safety, security, and the idea that we actually possess the correct understanding of how it should be and actively do everything we can to impose our desired reality on nature, are also the cause of all of the problems we have attempted to solve by creating the control based civilization models we have.

That the harder people fight to create peace, security, safety, and certainty… The less likely it is for any of those things to happen and the more likely we are to destroy everything in our efforts to fix it by using control.

It’s a living nightmare to realize people think the world functions because we made it function, when the world functions despite us trying to control it. And because of this act to reinforce all of the things they believe should be the case thinking sincerely that their act is helping create more stability.

It’s maddening to realize humans think they are cognizant, rational, possess agency and free will, and also design systems that punish those who disagree.

The world is mostly full of zombies and ghosts. The few who can see understand how little we actually control the outcomes and are looking at people using state-level force to keep people in alignment with delusions that maintain power dynamics with total disregard for outcomes that don’t affect them and define everything about how we are raised to think, to further thinking which supports a system that advantages the ones defining the narrative of the system.

Oh, and the disappointment you feel when you deconstruct human ethical and moral systems and realize no matter how deep the philosophy is used to justify the moral argument, what they are almost always talking about is pain avoidance. Then seeing how control systems (called morality) that use this basis when trying to define laws that act to fix this issue, by default, act to reduce freedom and liberty and lead to desires for certainties in avoiding pain that they then build social systems so full of dogma and rule that pain is just normalized existence.

That humanitarianism along with the saving of every life and codifying life as more important than systemic equilibrious stability, end up with a deep misunderstanding about what pain is for, why death matters, that it’s all just a word for cost and growth, and that trying to save everyone is creating the conditions that absolutely could destroy everything.

That this is how basic and short sighted we are.

And this is a nightmare loop where everyone is scrambling to fix the world by using the systems of control it has to fix the problem of having systems of control… All while thinking it’s just the wrong person in power, the wrong moral reference to that system of power, and mainly that the ones before just didn’t do it right.

When you see that what they call corruption in politics and the systems of states and governments, is really just nature and standard principles of entropy that will not allow stagnancy and control in our efforts to demand the universe be static for us.

That someone will read what I’ve written here and either have so much preconditioned perspective in them that says this all makes no sense, dismiss what I’m saying, and refuse to accept anything that would threaten the world they think is true.

Or to realize how many people just don’t even think about it at all and have no way to process any real critique of how things are.

And that this all means you are most likely just stuck watching as all the systems break and the misinformation is creating so much noise that the only people who can really get a message out that can influence anybody enough to help them see, are the same people that will never help them see as it by definition empowers them to be non-exploitable and threatens the survival strategy of the ones who want to have control.

And it just keeps cycling, because you see how that effort to create desired outcomes and secure the future using control, leads to collapse, and has, all throughout history, over and over and over again.
